Hi there, I'm Becky Choi

I’m a Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and a mom who knows firsthand how challenging postpartum recovery can be. After experiencing severe diastasis recti twice—along with being 25 pounds overweight—I felt lost in my own body.

My ab separation was 4.5 fingers wide and 2 knuckles deep, and looking in the mirror was painful. But one day, I decided to take control. Within six months, I lost over 35 pounds and regained a strong, functional core.

​Now, I help postpartum moms—whether they have diastasis recti or not—rebuild their core, feel strong again, and get rid of the stubborn mom pooch while doing exercises they actually enjoy.
